The hotel was brilliant with really huge rooms. Breads, pastries, and fruit were reasonably priced as well as the drinks. The staff was courteous, just as I expected.

Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

So many choices for breakfast: breads, pastries, and fruit. Nice and perfect location just next door to the beach which is ok, and the night markets, where there are more good restaurants and fun things to do, could not be better. Besides, easy to get to Batu Ferringhi Waterfall.

The provided service was courteous. I have stayed in a deluxe room with beautiful sunset, tea, hair dryer for 9 nights. The breakfast was tasty with variaty of food, and reasonably priced. I liked the kindness of the personnel.

Clean property, breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. The room is reasonably large with lovely views near at beach. The location is favourable and very suitable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Pantai Batu Feringghi.

The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was astonishing, everything was spotless. The room was rather fairly quiet, I appreciated it. It had extremely comfy beds and a pleasant view of the hills. The location was great and lovely, for example, water sports was at a moderate distance from the hotel. There was a great restaurant, local markets and a market next door. Tbh, had a superb stay for business trip.

It is a good value and well priced property located in Batu Ferringhi Beach district really close to beach area & water-sports on offer, the sea due to jellyfish, and right at the front door to get to Georgetown.

Brilliant affordable hotel with decent views of the beach. Reasonably priced dishes, secluded location in the children area. New-fashioned, spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The courteous staff and their quick responses to my needs. The service in the property was excellent! The pool had a whirlpool and waterfalls too.
